The café is open from 10am each day.

We serve homemade food and cakes, hot and cold drinks and have installed an express salad/sandwich bar offering meal deals for anyone in a hurry.  We have recently bought a soft ice cream machine and during the summer months we serve this out of the back window along with snacks and cold drinks.

The idea of an outside canopy is still being discussed with Stockton Council and we hope this will come to fruition in the not too distant future.

Thank you to everyone for your overwhelming support. It is wonderful to see the park so busy and being used by the people of Stockton and the surrounding area, just as Mr and Mrs Ropner intended when they donated the land in 1890. Long may it continue.

The Friends of Ropner Park run the cafe as a non profit making concern and we try to open every morning at 10am regardless of the weather. However, if it turns really bad and the Park becomes empty, we may close earlier than our stated time of 5 p.m.

Please be assured that we will remain open as long as we can.
